Q1. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A: The price is decided by quantity, material, finishing methods, size and other factors. You can also request a custom price quote directly. -FOB and EXW price is our usual price term, if you need CIF price, please let us know your port of destination. -If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Q3: How can I get die cut or sample? What is the lead time for sample and Mass Production?
A: We normally provide die cut in 24 hours, after get confirmation on your artwork, we will provide sample in 1-7 working days. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 7~15 working days is enough.

Q4: How can I pay?
A: TT, Paypal, Western Union, LC, Trade Assurance is acceptable.

Q5: If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

Q6:What if my MOQ is smaller than usual? 
A:Do not worry. Just send us your satisfactory inquiry and quantity. As our partner, we will try our best to provide you with the best business plan.
