A: The price is decided by quantity, material, finishing methods, size and other factors. You can also request a custom price quote directly. -FOB and EXW price is our usual price term, if you need CIF price, please let us know your port of destination. -If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference., we quote our best price in 24 hours after we received your inquiry.

Q3: How can I get die cut or sample? What is the lead time for sample and Mass Production?
A: We normally provide die cut in 24 hours, after get confirmation on your artwork, we will provide sample in 1-7 working days. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 7~15 working days is enough.
Q4: How can I pay?
A: TT, Paypal, Western Union, LC, Trade Assurance is acceptable.

Q5: If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

Q6:What if my MOQ is smaller than usual? 
A:Do not worry. Just send us your satisfactory inquiry and quantity. As our partner, we will try our best to provide you with the best business plan.
